First, our marketing department identifies the needs and creates a roadmap for the solution to be produced. Afterward, our R&D department starts mechanical design, electrical design, and production development studies within the framework of technical feasibility analysis.

Our quality department monitors the suitability of all processes from product development to production and ensures compliance with standards for our electric motors. It analyzes the suitability of the machinery and production line in our production facility, checks the suitability of molds, and makes necessary improvements.

Our purchasing department ensures the necessary materials are procured at the right time and cost. Our Production Planning department ensures that production occurs at the optimum time and starts mass production after planning. The products produced are tested and analyzed in both quality laboratories and R&D laboratories.

While our marketing department explains the benefits of our products and solutions through both conventional and digital channels during product launches, our sales department visits customers informs them, and collects their demands after the launch. Our locally produced motors are exported to more than 40 countries from Africa to the Americas. Post-sales services and the Technical Support department provide after-sales support to customers.
