GAMAK Quality Applications

As GAMAK Makina, let's examine together what we do in our quality practices.

Firstly, customer demands are listened to and the demands and production power are combined. Afterward, chemical, dimensional, electrical, and mechanical measurements are carried out with the devices in the laboratory from the design stage.

After the measurements, the quality control process is started with the input quality control, process, and final section consisting of 3 main items. Material input, pressing, aluminum injection, mechanical processing, winding, assembly, and packaging stages are carried out meticulously. After these processes are completed, risk analyses are performed according to APQP and FMEA standards, and process audits are carried out regularly.

Electrical tests are carried out on the wound stator and assembled motors in the winding, the inspection of the packaged products is carried out as the final control, and the first product control is provided for the new products to be produced and mass production approval is given. Performance indicators are evaluated at weekly quality meetings and improvements are made in terms of maximum efficiency.

GAMAK Makina, Turkey's first and only integrated motor production facility, has an integrated management system with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and all other certificates.
